AP Support Built Around Each Student

  • Ongoing AP Academic Support

Students can incorporate AP-focused instruction into their existing C2 academic support program throughout the school year.

Your family will meet with a C2 Center Director to adjust your student’s academic plan and build dedicated AP review sessions into their regular schedule.

This option is ideal for students who are taking multiple AP courses concurrently and want to maximize their test scores as part of a competitive college admissions process.

  • Intensive AP Exam Preparation

C2’s AP Boot Camp programs provide focused, high-impact preparation during the critical months leading into May AP exams.

    50-Hour Program

Ideal for students seeking support for 1-2 AP subjects

    80-Hour Program

Ideal for students seeking support for 2-3 AP subjects

Programs begin as early as February and must be completed by May.

Your AP Prep Timeline

Preparing for AP exams isn't about studying more. It's about focusing on the right things at the right time. As the school year progresses, your strategy should evolve from planning, to review, to exam readiness.

January

Build Your AP Study Plan

January is the ideal time to map out your AP preparation before spring schedules become more demanding. Starting early gives students more time to review consistently instead of cramming before exam day.

We recommend planning for at least 12 sessions per AP subject before the exam.

February & March

Strengthen Core Concepts

By February and March, many students have covered enough classroom material to begin meaningful review. This is the time to reinforce foundational concepts, identify weaker areas, and build stronger multiple-choice and free-response strategies.

Consistent review now leads to stronger performance later.

April

Practice Like Test Day

As AP exams get closer, shift from reviewing content to applying it under timed conditions. Practice exams help students improve pacing, build endurance, and uncover the final areas that need attention before exam day.

April is one of the most important preparation windows.

AP Exams Can Strengthen a Student’s College Application

Strong AP scores can demonstrate academic rigor, subject mastery, and college readiness. For many students applying to selective colleges, AP coursework and exam performance play an important role in showing they can succeed in challenging academic environments.

But AP success rarely comes from memorization alone. AP exams are cumulative, which means students need time to fully learn the material before meaningful review and practice testing can begin.

That’s why effective AP preparation starts with a smart plan in January, not last-minute cramming.
