Managing Time on the SAT^® and ACT^®

Effective time management on standardized tests is stressful and challenging for many. The ACT reading section has 40 questions in 35 minutes — that’s only 52.5 seconds per question! Our teachers frequently get asked how students can read faster, calculate faster, and answer faster to avoid running out of time. In this webinar, we walk through what the timing on each test looks like, provide time management tips for both the reading and math sections, and discuss strategies for what to do if you’re out of time.
